Clear Creek ISD’s ISM program is an innovative, student-centered experience that connects high school juniors and seniors with accomplished professionals for one-on-one mentorships in their chosen fields of interest.

Whether you're a student exploring your future or a professional ready to shape the future and give back, the ISM program offers a powerful partnership built on curiosity, career exploration, and real-world connection.

        

ISM students, will:
  • Identify and research a career field that inspires them
  • Develop professional communication and presentation skills
  • Learn directly from experts through interviews and shadowing
  • Build confidence, knowledge, and purpose for their post-secondary path
Mentors, serve as:
  • Experts and guides, helping students gain insight into daily work and long-term goals including a major project
  • Role models, sharing experiences and professional wisdom
  • Advocates, encouraging the next generation of leaders in your field

Next Steps to Start the ISM Journey

For Students:

  1. Apply, get accepted, and enroll in the ISM Program for the upcoming academic year (typically the February before the academic year during course selection)
  2. When ready to search for and identify your mentor, sign up through CCISD GetMyInterns by clicking on the “Register” button located at the top right of this page
  3. Select “Register” under “Students” of the registration page and complete all required fields.

 

For Professional Mentors:

  1. Complete the CCISD "Raptor" system volunteer registration at apps.raptortech.com/Apply/NTU4NTplbi1VUw==.
  2. Complete the CCISD "GetMyInterns" registration by clicking on the “Register” button located at the top right of this page.
                    - Select “Register” under Internship Providers and complete all required fields.  
                    - Post the job(s)* you wish to fill with a CCISD student mentee. 

*Please note that ISM mentorships cannot be a paid position but are categorized as "Job(s)" in the GetMyInterns platform.
